ACCEPTANCE OF CYBER-JUDGE POLICY
I accept to use the service of Cyber-Judge to determine a settlement for me as outlined here below:
- I agree that I shall provide only accurate and true information to this site and to Cyber-judge.
- I understand I have a right to appeal any decision made against me within 30 days. I agree to binding arbitration using Cyber-Judge and to be bound by any decisions and to pay all fees and costs awarded.
- I agree to pay filing fees of $75.00 per application and $150.00 per hour payable to Business and Consumer Bureau and if I fail to pay the filing fee my claim or defense may be voided or in default if I accept the terms herein.
- I agree to update my information as my situation changes so as to be current in each reported case.
- I understand that the services provided by Cyber-judge are done so at the request of the parties and enter into this binding agreement UNDERSTANDING THE OUTCOME MAY NOT BE FAVORABLE TO ME.
- I agree to submit all documentation relative to my situation in writing to Cyber-Judge. Cyber-judge can accept telephone/oral, e-mail, or facsimile submissions.
- I agree that both parties may appoint an agent to represent their situation, but whether or not I am represented Cyber-judge may give a decision that will be binding upon me, and further I agree that Cyber-judge MAY award costs. I promise to pay promptly such costs if required to do so.
- I will represent myself or ______________________________will act as my agent.
- I agree that Cyber-judge may or may not give any reasons for his/her decisions.
- I understand that Cyber-Judge’s decision/award is binding in a court of law and that any further action I wish to take must be done in a Court of Law within its prescribed time periods.
