THE LANDLORD TENANT CREDIT BUREAU ("LTCB") is provided as a private service for members only. It is designed to assist Landlords and Tenants to resolve any differences they may have and to assist the parties in helping them determine if they are good potential clients/tenants/landlords.

What is the Landlord Tenant Credit Bureau?

Simply put it is a private web-site that permits you to track good or bad tenants/clients For good ones you can give them a good reference or credit report For the others, you can now have the chance to recover debt and send a message. The LTCB web-site allows you to further offer a REWARD for recovery if you wish.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?

Right now it is FREE to Registrar clients however only members can perform a search. To join the Bureau you must apply and after acceptance the annual fee is only $200.00 for twelve months.

ACCEPTANCE OF LTCB POLICY

  1. I agree that I shall provide only accurate and true information to this site.
  2. I agree not to use this site for any illegal purpose.
  3. I agree that I will be liable for any misleading or false information that I may enter into this site.
  4. I agree that my membership may be cancelled for misuse of this site.
  5. I agree that I will forfeit my membership fees if LTCB deems me to be in breach of this agreement.
  6. I understand I have a right to appeal any decision made against me within 30 days.
  7. I agree to binding arbitration/mediation using LTCB "Cyber-Judge" (Click here for Cyber-Judge) and to be bound by any decisions and to pay fees for the services.
  8. I agree to pay my annual fees of $100.00 per annum to join as a member and failure to pay will void my membership.
  9. I agree to pay a finders fee to fellow members who may help me in recovering monies due to me.( It is suggested a minimum recovery fee of about 25% but this only a suggestion and may be determined by the parties.)
  10. I agree to rate my clients/tenants/Landlord as follows:
    a) current good on time payer
    b) 30 to 60 days arrears, late payer
    c) 60-90 days late payer
    d) 90-120 days late payer
    e) 120+ days late, collection
    f) no rating available
    g) orderly payment of debt arranged
    h) reposession or seizure of good to collect
    i) bad debt or high risk
  11. I agree to update my information as my situation changes so as to be current on each reported case.
  12. I understand that the services provided by LTCB are done so on a best effort basis and LTCB does not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or reliability of the service.

CYBER-JUDGE

  1. I accept to use the service of Cyber-Judge to determine a settlement for me.
  2. I will represent myself or _________________will act as my agent.
  3. I agree that once both parties have agreed to this process and have appointed an agent that Cyber-judge's decision will be binding upon me and I will pay promptly if required to do so as directed.
  4. I agree that no reasons for award are required to be given.
  5. I understand that this decision/award is binding in a court of law and that any further action I wish to take must be done in a Court of Law.
  6. I agree to submit all documentation relative to my situation in writing to Cyber-Judge.
  7. I agree to pay a fee of $ 75.00/hour for the service of Cyber-Judge.
